Okay got some real questions that no one are asking.
What are quests draw distance? Like how far would an arrow point?
So I wouldn't be on one side of the world map and the arrow would be pointing at the very edge of the world. Like the quests are within 1000 tiles radius.

Yeah was with the same thoughts, but having seen people there already makes me believe its some kinda of far from where i am :s

If it works similar like tracking you should be able to see it all over the world.
My first quest was like 5 boatminutes away and it seems it was this was for all other players too.
