Wikipedia (en) isn't hacked and is working well for the asked term ...

and Google, DuckDuck, Medical University sites etc. ... aren't hacked either ...

Unless they get out of sync, then excess pressure will be released through their noses. Unless those are also conjoined, ofcourse.
