Re: Amber Client
Sigh bit of an issue here, I was just spam clicking in branches for fuel, for my steel. and when I ran out of branches the right click pulled out the wrought iron... It was almost done too
"just be more careful" I feel will be the response, but really can we get a different way of spam clicking the fuel in or change the hotkey to pull out items.

Re: Amber Client
Thats more of a client-side issue that has been complained to jorb and loftar before. The main reason I don't think we can fix it is because when you click the game it simply tells the server "I clicked here" and the server decides on the interaction, we don't have any control.bojackson wrote:Sigh bit of an issue here, I was just spam clicking in branches for fuel, for my steel. and when I ran out of branches the right click pulled out the wrought iron... The only fix for yourself would be to open the inventory and transfer the branches into the smelter that way, but I don't know if that works for fuel.

You can push a wheelbarrow full of branches. I've heard shift+z+right click is supposed to be safe too.Paradoxs wrote:Thats more of a client-side issue that has been complained to jorb and loftar before. Soo.. I have no idea what's going on with my audio. The game runs just fine. I was using the Ender client (just came back to HnH) and my audio was fine on Ender. (Ender was not fine to use though) Thus I'm on the Amber Client; (so weird to say.. It's my name.. -_-) ANYWHO.. When I tab out of the game my sound is just fine, but as soon as I tab back into the game it becomes choppy, laggy and robotic.. Game play is just fine. my FPS is great.

What happened that makes it not be an advantage anymore?romovs wrote: Version 1.55.0

* Removed auto-logout option since it doesn't provide any benefits over auto-hearth anymore.
For players starting out as myself, small claim, no walls, Hearth Fire outside the claim, auto-logout seems to be the only option.

Is there any, manual waypoint moving? Instead of using the Auto-pathing?....something like, hold down Alt then clicking multiple times will lay out waypoints for your Chara to move???

i really think this was the most stupid idea ever
in anycase could keep both options
"doesn't provide any benefits over auto-hearth anymore" for real? what about being in the same place you were before you encounter a unknow player?!
now i have to have the options opens to be ready to log out instead of auto hearth

It's on todo list. Will add once I am back working on new stuff.Thedrah wrote:suggestion: some kind of marker for finished garden pots like the red circle or something
Yep will disable it.iamahh wrote:be nice an option to hide debug messages
i'm getting mafile warnings, already tried a clean installation, but didn't work so I'll just keep the map info
Well you can always reinstall the driver if something doesn't work with the new version. No harm in trying. Just keep a note of the driver version you are currently using just in case.FictionRyu wrote:I've got an update waiting to be installed for INTEL System driver, is it ok to install it? I've been seeing some issues with updating of drivers lately, was just wondering if this is something that's gonna get wonky on me.
I have an 8.1 laptop, ever since Windows tried being sneaky with their forced installation of Windows 10 when it rolled out I've shut off auto updating and I make sure I go through my updates before hand. Just wanted to know if it was ok to update this driver. It lists it under the optional updates.
Yep, can't disable without entirely disabling shit-clicking on smelters.bojackson wrote:Sigh bit of an issue here, I was just spam clicking in branches for fuel, for my steel. and when I ran out of branches the right click pulled out the wrought iron... It was almost done too![]()

Click somewhere on the ground then type :audiobuf 8192 (including the colon) and hit enter.Yomi wrote:Soo.. I have no idea what's going on with my audio. The game runs just fine. Probably won't add, sorry. Upcoming™ push-off mechanics and fixed client pathfinding should solve the root cause for this.terrais wrote:Is there any, manual waypoint moving? There were a number of reasons for removing it, but yeah, others already mentioned some valid use cases for having both options so it will be restored.r21187 wrote:in my case i fucking hate it i mean FUCK now if i am exploring my exploratins ends instead or log out for a whileMeowstache wrote:What happened that makes it not be an advantage anymore?romovs wrote: Version 1.55.0
