You can activate it in the console.

I think that icon settings should allow disabling of map icons like windthrows etc. The new map is quite cluttered when you zoom out.
Also, cave passages should be saved in the map as persistent icons.

Great update, i think to keep going with QoL would be nice,
here some QoL from Amber that is nice:
-being able to see the quality of stuff on your inventory instead of when you hover on it is quite nice;
-the free camera being an option setting instead of some obscure console stuff;
-being able to type the amount of stuff you wanna fetch from a stockpile;
-when you click on a portico on Amber you have a list with the names of your visited place that you can just click instead of memorizing then and typing;
-the text font on the menus could be changed to something easier on the eyes;
-the control + P option to see the crop stage;

Very nice :D

Next could we add sounds to custom map icons as they appear on screen?

Also icon filtering would be nice to remove the garbage

Ty for the time and consideration in adding this new feature,

Any more thoughts in the mouth/eyes slots? what equipment combinations would be possible?

There is an icon settings menu...? Anything else you need?
