Or maybe the default snek speed should be equal to ~q150 last world. Its hard to imagine being stuck with q10 snek for the rest of the world, when there were q100 sneks on the second month of w13.

This is good thing. Now there is even some chance to escape in a chase even if you don't have top q boat.
I have nice memories of legacy and boating around small lake with island in the middle for maybe 4 hours. Managed to escape in the end!
