Hello everyone,
recently the village I'm part of has been raided. Our palisade has been broken, but there was no signs of any siege engines, nor any scents of vandalism present. The section of the palisade that was destroyed has been damaged when we laid down the claim, but was fully repaired and dried since and our claim was at 70% power level. Is there something really obvious that we missed? Help will be appreciated.

Could you activate the "Claim" and retake the screenshot ?

Re: Bizzare raid
The whole area is claimed ? Cause I don't see a real difference.
Edit : Oh yeah, the claim is extended just to the palissade, seek no more, they just used their own Palissade cornerpost to cascade your palisade wall.
Extend your claim for 4-5 more tiles

Re: Bizzare raid
Their claim only extends up to the wall... you guys need to have 4-5tiles away from wall as buffer at least.

Re: Bizzare raid
You need at least 1 tile beyond the walls to prevent them from building their own wall, waiting it to fully dry and then cascade that to your wall.
Supposedly there's also some other exploit that necessitates 4-5 tiles beyond the wall, but I have no idea how that would work.
I would recommend 4-5 tiles just to be perfectly safe, you can use the "wasted" claim to store low value stuff outside your walls (like empty barrels or crates.)
You can also PM your location to Jorb in case he can take a look and see if there's sign of bug abuse.
