As an aside, your "friend" who got you into this game needs to be a better teacher or straight-up admit they don't know things so you come into HnH with the attitude of "this is a potentially brutal game where my progress can easily be wiped out if I don't know what I'm doing".

It really sucks to read this thread as a player who usually advocates against PvP shenanigans. It gives the PvP crowd perfect ammunition for screeching about how "HnH is a PvP game" so git gud. Unfortunately, I can also see how posts like this makes PvP focused players so antagonistic against peaceful players...
