In general, don't have broken arms or plugged ears. If you're told to plow and aren't starving, then plow. If you're told to not build somewhere, don't build there. If you act like a dick and wreck people's stuff, expect to get five across the face.

You know its funny, you offer people a chance to be shouted at while working for somebody else and they don't take you up...
