New player
Hello! I just joined and I'm not exactly sure what to do. Can anyone help? Is there a village I can join? Thanks.

Make friends with the other crabs or try to escape the bucket.

Re: New player
Consulting the wiki is definitely a good advice. Main problem is the sheer amount of various newbie traps this game has to offer. The best way to untangle them and help explain the game, I think is to actually link this TV Tropes page I've been working on: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/ ... nAndHearth
Haven and Hearth Wiki (Maintained by volunteers - test/verify when practical. Forum thread
Basic Claim Safety (And what you’re doing wrong
TL:;DR: Build a Palisade with only Visitor gates.)
Combat Guide (Overview, PVE, PVP) (Includes how to escape/minimize risk of getting killed.)

Best way to learn this game is to join a moderately competent village, not Whatever Bay

I'm sure most of the people that play this game are competent enough to play it without dependency on anyone else
