As long as I can still rise in the morning, I'm good.

It's more along the lines of Pay to Win, but in your case Program to win.DonVelD wrote:So the issue is not "botting bad because reasons and um actually you can do stuff by yourself" it actually is "botting bad because i don't have it!"?joojoo1975 wrote:To All those who Need to bot. Do me a favor, since its not so detrimental to the game, Please do me a favor and link ALL the bots you use so that Everybody who wishes, can have the same convenience as you. Just reply with the source link and whatnot
I understand, to a point. First off, you are already making the bot/private client for yourself, and when its obsolete or broken, you update it for yourself. The work you propose is already going to be done by you for yourself, that will not change no matter how many times it's broken by J&L. And if people are spamming you constantly to fix or tweak it to their preferences. Well charge them whatever you wish. But saying you are putting in time and effort. Well m8 you are already doing that for yourself.DonVelD wrote:the problem with linking the bots is that the person who wrote it has spent their precious time to make it, it is not simply smashing your keyboard for 5 minutes and that's it. It just doesn't feel right to share your work to ungrateful people, your enemies, etc. Same goes for private clients. Why should I do work for you if you act like a piece of shit later? What if the said bot breaks because of loftar changes? Should I actively fix the bot for people for free
Since you mentioned it, have you ever bothered to look at the store page under the section of "Verify your account" and "Subscription bonuses"? Haven is literally pay to win with increased inventory space and LP gains.joojoo1975 wrote: I ask you, do you actively play and enjoy "pay to win" games?
Except there isn't a bot that clicks a button and instantly ersases and entire village and everything that belongs to it so whats your point?joojoo1975 wrote: IF J&L sold an item in game that costs $100 to buy and its a one time use item, that when used by the player it totally erases a village and everything that belongs to said village. (IE a Nuke type thing) would that be fair for H&H? Would you play this game if there was such an item in the store? This is my biggest problem with bots.
Damn you've convinced me, brb going to go open my bot store for people to buy bots from me at a subscription rate of $40/month per bot. How do you not understand people not wanting to share something they spent time on with somebody they don't even know.joojoo1975 wrote:Well charge them whatever you wish.

Absolute facts tbh. Nurgling is a publicly available botting client, go use that and stop begging for everybody that isn't you or your cat to be banned from the game please.Dawidio123 wrote:You basically only complain about the bots and so on because you don't have them and you overestimate their impact on being competitive. You could have all the bots you think exist and good organized groups would still outperform you by a huge margin.

If they made farming less tedious, we'd all probably be happier. Bots won’t vanish entirely but making gameplay smoother could lessen the temptation for sure.joojoo1975 wrote:why not improve the mechanics and reduce the need for bots?
bro that is not sound reasoning at all lol otherwise why would I be complaining despite having access to *some things* myselfPills wrote:Absolute facts tbh. no idea about that client, maybe it does, but I do not go looking for bots, once again my main point is if you guys are doing the botting JUST because of QoL, then allow everyone to use it. Along them lines, If nurgling has the bots then I guess there is no longer any discussion, as All of you are using that client since it has all the bots you all use.Pills wrote:isn't nurgling client a bot client that's available to everybody for free?
Just use that.
This is true to a point. the convience is QoL as only thing it does is make things go faster, It's not that you need less materials. And the 20% and 30% depending on one time verification to subscription is indeed I would say heading down the PTW slope, but honestly, you have to have the curios and materials in the first place in order to achieve this. And from the previous replies we already covered your Massive base situations. I mean FFS this is from the "official" Discord:Pills wrote: Since you mentioned it, have you ever bothered to look at the store page under the section of "Verify your account" and "Subscription bonuses"? my point is botting(a process in which you get something from nothing you do, but what a program does for you) is no better than J&L offering this.Pills wrote:Except there isn't a bot that clicks a button and instantly erases and entire village and everything that belongs to it so what's your point?
using a Bot to acquire 5K of strength in a month seems pretty damn competitive. Actually it seems pretty damn exploitive.Dawidio123 wrote:You basically only complain about the bots and so on because you don't have them and you overestimate their impact on being competitive
