Very rarely when cleaning an Adder instead of a Fang you get an Adder Pearl (functions the same as adder Fang for all crafting)

Adder Pearl, Also counts as a pearl and could be gilded into rings for + Learning Ability & +Marksmanship

So you're against this because there are other (not so good) uses? Or you're just arguing for the sake of it?

Either way, it's not about how many items you can make, it's about how useful they are.
Snake is only good super early to make the belt and your first amulet. After that, it's kind of pointless.

Amulet quality doesn't scale since it's snake-only ingredients, no strings or stones or other ingredients that can boost it's quality, so it's quickly replaced.

Ouroboros and Deep sea atavism require too much early on, and by the time you can spare the mentalweight and want longer studies you have much better alternatives.

Snakeskin boots could be good, but bunny slippers exist...
Adder Crown not good for anything.

Adder Brooch and Snakeskin Stripes, the two gildings, are not particularly good. Might be useful for some niche uses, like if you need a full Will set to travel to a charter on the other side of the map, but that's about it. Likely will never appear on your main gear, unless you're absurdly lucky with the new gilding system and run out of better gildings to put in.

Snake Juice arguably good - if you hunt a lot of snakes.

So yeah, +1 to anything that adds -hopefully better- uses to snake stuff, to keep it slightly more relevant after the first week of the game. Unless devs want to rework stuff, like adding String to the Amulet, or give the same bonus bunny slippers have to the snakeskin boots too (or all non-armor shoes), and so on.
