There are certain principles most of us take for granted…
Gravity pulls things down. Fire burns.
Reality is… generally real. And ideally—just ideally—
the dumbest man in the world and the President of the United States should be two different people.
…And yet. Here we are.
He reads at a level where the pictures do the work,
Sharpie in his pocket like a presidential perk,
Gold-plated confidence, bargain-bin brain,
Every new thought is a bit more insane,
He says “I alone can fix it,” with a confident grin—
Yeah, duct tape on a hurricane, let the chaos begin.
We wanted a leader, got a punchline instead,
Now the joke’s in the chair and it’s gone to his head…
How’d the dumbest man in the world win the role?
President of the United States—was that the goal?
Was it ego? Was it anger? Was it just good TV?
Was it “he won’t really win”—famous last irony?
Did we laugh, did we shrug, did we look away?
Did we not understand the price that we’d pay?
Donald Trump treats truth like a scratch-off ticket game,
If it doesn’t say “winner”, then it’s obviously lame,
Every sentence wanders like it missed its own cue,
Starts off about A, ends somewhere near “who knew,”
He’s got less self-awareness than a rock in a shoe,
And somehow that rock thinks it’s smarter than you.
We kept thinking, “Surely this is rock bottom, right?”
Then he grabbed a shovel and said, “Watch this tonight…”
Now the dumbest man in the world runs the show,
President of the United States—yeah, we know.
It’s chaos in real time, no script, no brakes,
Just impulse decisions and televised takes,
Every day’s a spin, every truth’s up for sale,
It’s a circus train that has run off the rails.
If arrogance were currency, we’d all be set for life,
If nonsense were strategy, he’d cut it like a knife,
He’s a walking contradiction in a too-long red tie,
Selling “truth” wholesale while it quietly dies.
Even late-night comics started filing complaints—
“Man, we write jokes… he just walks out and paints.”
The dumbest man in the world holds the seat,
President of the United States—time to repeat.
But our founders planned for this moment—they wrote it down clear,
Not for glory or drama, but exactly for here,
If the system’s on fire ‘cause of who’s in control,
There’s a way to remove him—yeah, that’s in the scroll.
Two different people… Sounds like a pretty good plan.
