Having to keep all pigment in separate barrels is a pain when you are doing sketches and need to grab a little bit of all or close to all colors separately. Perhaps implement a desk that can hold a good amount of pigment in it. Even if you have to stock the desk with clay jars or even add a new jar like painters/pigment jars. Just so when doing sketches you can click into the desk and if its stocked you can just paint the sketch you desire. Jars should be able to hold a lot of pigment or reduce the usage on sketches. Having a high storage I think would be fine when its exclusive to pigment only.
If you are making Easter eggs you can just pull out the highest quality pigment and craft manually for best results. Wouldn't hurt to have more uses for pigment as well, dyeing clothes, furniture or workstations (Just so you can make them out of different material but then change them to all be the same for aesthetic), more curiosities with pigment, etc

Re: Pigment Desk
How is this different from using few cupboards filled with buckets of pigments?Jhow wrote: Wed Oct 28, 2026 5:06 am implement a desk that can hold a good amount of pigment in it. Even if you have to stock the desk with clay jars

Re: Pigment Desk
+1, fine idea. we do have however proper glass jars for the job. a grid of 2x7 jars on top of a desk, showing level of fullness on each color separately would indeed look quite cool.
