I think it's stupid how you can learn criminal skills without getting rage I think rage should be a prerequisite honestly I think it's kind of dumb how people could learn how to steal and break into people's places and shit without having it I think there should be consequences for doing that kind of shit even though it's not easy to do so I just think it makes sense if you're willing to do crimes you're willing to consent to PVP and that's the way it should be
the problem is that the beginning of the game when a new world comes out people can rob people and vandalize property without rage so there is literally no consequences for them the only thing you could do is knock them out if you have rage that's why I think rage should be a prerequisite for those activities

there is no Justified reason to allow people to commit crimes without any consequences in the way of risking their character

I think you're confused cause of the name of the skill "Murderous Rage" which is what makes you be able to kill and be killed that comes from "Murder" but also is toggled, it's not the "Rage" skill itslelf

Nope. There is 0 downsides for buying rage. All it does is enable you to aggro people.

Anyone can be killed. Fresh spawns die very easily.
