I've recently spent around half an hour clicking the "craft" button, every time waiting for some time so that another one of the 24 pieces of meat in my inventory becomes cooked. It doesn't actually take that long, but it's long enough to want to switch to something else while it happens. Since such time could be spent more efficiently (even broswing TVTropes is more efficient), would it be too much to ask for a "craft all" button? Roasting meat, making sausages, mixing dough, fletching arrows... some tasks could use the auto-repeat.
Thoughts?

I support this idea.
I've got the same problem. Roasting an inventory full of meat takes far too many clicks.

A keyboard shortcut for the craft button would also be good, though having two buttons (with shortcuts) would be best.

A "craft all" button is indeed in the works. :)

Yeah? Look at eating apples.
Two clicks and two mouse repositions per apple picked.
Two clicks and two mouse repositions per apple eaten.
Two clicks and two mouse repositions per core dump.
This is terrible UI. We need maybe an "eat apples until full" option on the apple tree.
We really need shortcuts.
"Fill from inventory" for building.
"Repeat action as long as possible" option for crafting and gathering resources, much like is hardcoded for gathering branches.
Auto-replant-seeds flag.

Re: Continuous crafting?
"terrible UI" is overstating the problem.
It's a UI that can benefit greatly from some relatively easy improvements.
I'm also hanging out for an improvement to the harvesting interface. I have taken to alternating mouse clicking fingers since one harvest I developed sharp pains in my knuckles

Agreed, there should be an added button to apple trees HARVEST apples, which would pick as many apples as you can.

Re: Continuous crafting?
well, as for the apples (and other stuff), you realized there is a ctrl + leftclick which throws the stuff you click out. it helps a lot.
