If you are afk and open a cupboard it will count toward your personal belief timer.

This only applies with the standard client. I'm not adding it to the OP simply because 99% of the time it doesn't matter with enders and the like... If a new player needs to resort to this it'd be far better to just link them to enders

I don't use Enders client simply because I consider it cheating. If the animal hides behind a tree, it deserves to get to kill you

Think of it this way. A lot of the features in Ender's are features that should have been added to the default client anyway (minus night vision). Also, the devs use(d) Ender's, so they don't consider it cheating i guess. You'll be seriously gimped if you don't use it. Think: being snipered by someone you can't see simply because you can't zoom out :/
