I actually agree, walking in those snake-mines was also a pain in the ass.

Where there's a will and access to basic scripting knowledge, there's a way to bot. Lazy people will always work hard to be lazy.

yep, but it'll be VERY hard.to make a bot in which they mine and build supports ;)

Hmm jorb, can you make it so when you get a direction from rustroot it tells you the ore its pointing at? Because rustroot is painfully broken.

Wow no, the snake mine tunnels were easy to make walkable.

Now people will have to string supports which will be a giant pain in the arse.

Jorb, is it possible to mine without supports (or cave ins) at all, or do we need to string supports?

Mine without supports is basically just bringing back the straight line bot, but I do think there should be some changes because at its current state its completely dependent on luck which is kinda bad.

yes. some changes to rustroot would be nice. Perhaps a prospect action that works on your perception examining the mine walls or something. Telling you about ore on the layer you're on
