True, and make iron arrows to penetrate armors
or increase damage of Rb's by using melee damage formula(perception, instead of strength). Srsly, when you get enough perception, why can't you shoot at weak spots of armor?
PS. Just calculated: if you'll have 120 q RB, 600 perc, you'd hit 1554 damage (with full martial 1865 dmg). But, to reach this values, you need to have 2x perception than enemy's agi. And it's impossible to shoot at person in moving. So whats the problem, as you see, damage still sucks, but you CAN raise it by eating more perception (better, than nothing).
Because armor class will be too low in nearly all cases and people will just spam MM to death instead of b12s which we currently have

Stop hating on flex guys... before the nerf it was pretty much the only strategy anyone ever used. Its still quite useful, just not in 1v1 situations, and you gotta accept that 1v1s are pretty damn rare.

Well yea, you don't use it on the guy yer trying to kill, you use it on your friend to deny the enemy maneuvers and combat intensity.

Obvious abuse of mechanics is obvious.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Well, wasn't movement combat abuse of mechanics too? And now everyone is fighting to get movement hits back in so they can keep on using it.

well the abuse was that a char could hit u to 0 when moving no matter the stats. if the weights, however, are balanced making it so similar or stronger stat players are the only ones who can do that, then that is how the mechanics should work. u will be penalised for trying to run and therefor increasing the chance of infinite/limitless chases. however if u are ganked by lower stat players u will still be able to run away just like now.
