Flowing Water

Flowing Water

Postby Euric » Thu Mar 24, 2016 6:36 pm

Everything in Hafen moves except the water. I was recently exploring my local river systems and found a point where only one tile of ground seperates two bodies of water. I thought it would be nice to dig down a couple tiles till I hit water and have a little canal for my boat to pass through. Unfortunately, water in Hafen does not flow. I would love to be able to dig a canal off of the river, create moats, etc. A game called Towns managed to create a sort of flowing water, although its made of blocks. Perhaps the developers could use a system similar to dirt that levels itself automatically?
Solitary. Poor. Nasty. Brutish. Short.
