when you click realm button it shows an existing overlay, even without realm
I thought it was a bug, but now I found a "territory border", one side red, other green
so I guess it's not a bug?

It is not.

They are probably thingwall radiuses.

Re: realm territory?
cool, I'm relatively close to a border
could be a conflict zone, as in the trailer pvp
good thing my first base is usually temporary

Re: realm territory?
my (wild) theory is that the world is already divided into 'regions' with a "thingwall" in each (exception being the ocean). Realms will have to claim each regions by placing a thingamagig (tm kirion) anywhere in a region.

Re: realm territory?
Why would they place a thingamagig when there are already Thingwalls and we have seen from the trailer that they can have banners?kirion wrote:my (wild) theory is that the world is already divided into 'regions' with a "thingwall" in each (exception being the ocean). Could be some sort of authority object that has to be placed and protected for some time before ownership can be claimed over that region.Scilly_guy wrote:Why would they place a thingamagig when there are already Thingwalls and we have seen from the trailer that they can have banners?kirion wrote:my (wild) theory is that the world is already divided into 'regions' with a "thingwall" in each (exception being the ocean).
