True, but similar FPS issues crop up when your render is literally half reeds or you've a good amount of animals in an active village, unless you remove certain things from the rendering tree.jorb wrote:Doing pretty absurd things, mind you, but sure.telum12 wrote:Jorb was dropping down to single-digit FPS at some points during the combat testing stream.
Not complaining, just seemed weird for him to pretend like fps drops didn't exist from in-game effects.

How could any hot-blooded male deny such a request under the circumstances.

If you spend too much time outside when it's raining or on snow (especially during cold seasons) you get a new illness - cold. It's a mild illness that cures itself after a week, can be helped with hot beverages, honey and sleeping in a bed. You have a higher chance to catch a cold the more empty slots in your equipment you have or when swimming.
Fun!

Quests etc. that want you to catch some flying thing are quite nasty if it rains often.

I'm not sure that I have a strong argument against sketch colors - Jorb, November 2019

You're missing 'nugget of whitemetal' and 'bar of whitemetal', as they weren't added until this update. Smelt a tin/lead bar into nuggets and back to discover both.Bronk2 wrote:Can somebody send an image of the new white metal recipes? I'm not sure what I'm missing for them.

I really like the rain, both the visuals and the audio. It is strangely soothing.

Heavy rain is making me stressed until I remember that actually I do not have any washing out on the line. And making it more difficult to see things. Light rain does not affect my ability to see things but does make me think about laundry.
Yes, tar kilns look pretty in the rain. Ovens, logs etc too.
Amazingly enough it does not seem to have massively slowed anything down yet, but maybe that's because there's not enough stuff in the neighbourhood yet to cause the cumulative issues.
